While other models seem to get the spotlight in the mid-size SUV class, drivers should not forget about the 2022 Nissan Murano. With bold exterior styling, a comfortable cabin environment, and a soft and supple driving experience, it offers plenty of room to stretch out for relaxing road trips or quick errands. While exact details are not yet available on the 2022 model, not much is expected to change as Nissan plans a complete redesign for 2023.
Overview

The Murano comes standard with front-wheel drive (FWD) on the lowest trim level offered in Canada, but all-wheel drive (AWD) is standard on all other trim levels. It also has the ability to tow up to 680kg.
Models and Pricing
While Nissan has not yet released model and pricing information in Canada for the 2022 Murano, it is believed that there will be few changes as the Murano is scheduled to undergo a complete redesign for 2023. Right now, the Nissan Murano is available in five trim levels in Brandon, MB, and across Canada: S, SV, SL, Midnight Edition, and Platinum.
Starting at $34,098, the base S model is only available in FWD, but it offers several high-tech features, including 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, LED headlamps and signature daytime running lights, and Nissan's Safety Shield 360 suite of driver-assist technologies. For drivers that want a mid-size SUV on a budget, the S model is a great choice.
Starting at $40,098, the SV model provides drivers with remote engine start, a panoramic moonroof, power drive and passenger seats, and intelligent around view monitor. The SV model offers the best value to drivers who want a quality mix of style and substance at an appropriate price.
Starting at $43,898, the SL model adds on leather-appointed seats, 20-inch machined alloy wheels, and a Bose premium audio system.
Starting at $45,098, the Midnight Edition is more of an appearance package added to the SL model. It adds on black roof rails, black aluminum-alloy wheels, and a black V-Motion grille and Midnight Edition badging.
Starting at $46,898, the Platinum model provides everything that Nissan has to offer, including semi-aniline leather-appointed seats with diamond quilted inserts, climate-controlled front seats, 20-inch dark hyper silver wheels, and more.
