The 2022 Nissan Rogue for sale in Brandon, Manitoba

The 2022 Nissan Rogue for sale in Brandon, Manitoba

Nissan's best-selling vehicle, the compact Rogue SUV returns in 2022 with its handsome exterior, improved cabin technology, and great on-road antics. It has held its own against segment leaders such as the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4, and it just keeps getting better with each model year.

Overview

Versatile yet practical, feisty and fun, the 2022 Nissan Rogue is ready to provide more than enough space for individuals and families across Canada. Its plethora of features and great driving demeanor earned it the accolades of Best Mid-Size Utility Vehicle in Canada for 2021 by the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada, 2021 Compact SUV of the Year by Auto123, and 2020 Crossover of the Year by DoubleClutch.ca. Since the 2022 model remains virtually unchanged, drivers are getting an award-winning vehicle when choosing the Rogue.

Performance

While the Rogue was completely redesigned for the 2021 model year, the powertrain remained the same, albeit with a slight power bump. Nissan powers the 2022 Rogue with a 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine that delivers 181 horsepower and pairs with a continuously variable transmission. Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard on the Rogue, but all-wheel-drive (AWD) is available on all trim levels.

The latest Rogue improves handling and acceleration for drivers in Brandon, MB, and across Canada. It is a more confident vehicle, tackling roads with ease, and offers a quiet interior with reduced road noise.

Models and Pricing

While Nissan has not yet released model and pricing information in Canada, it is assumed that the trim levels and pricing will vary little compared to 2021, when the Rogue underwent a complete redesign. Right now, the Nissan Rogue is available in five trim levels in Brandon, MB, and across Canada: S FWD, S AWD, SV FWD, SV AWD, and Platinum.

The lowest trim-level, priced at $28,798 and $31,098 respectively for FWD and AWD, features many standard features, including 17-inch alloy wheels, a NissanConnect infotainment system featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and intelligent emergency braking with pedestrian detection.

Jumping up to the SV trim level, priced at $32,298 and $34,598 respectively for FWD and AWD, drivers will get larger 18-inch wheels, as well as numerous additional driver-assist features including ProPILOT Assist and the Intelligent Around View Monitor. This trim level is the best value for drivers that want a mix of standard and high-tech features without going over budget.

The highest Platinum trim level comes standard with AWD, 19-inch wheels, semi-aniline quilted leather seats, a 12.3-inch digital dashboard, 10.8-inch head-up display, and Bose premium audio. It will cost drivers $40,798.

Interior

The 2022 Nissan Rogue's interior stays in line with the automaker's new brand, which is also evident on the Altima and Sentra sedans. The Rogue is filled with thoughtful storage cubbies, a bi-level dashboard, and more that offer both usability to the driver and give the interior a stylish, modern design. In the rear, it offers over 1,000 litres of cargo capacity to fit luggage, sports equipment, and more with ease.
