The 2023 Nissan Kicks and the 2023 Hyundai Venue have been created as compact vehicles. They offer considerably more space for their class. The Venue is also much more comfortable than its smaller counterpart but does not offer quite as much interior room as the Kicks. Both cars offer impressive technology, a large number of standard features, and fuel efficiency that's good even for their class.

Price & Performance

When it comes to a budget crossover with a power-packed performance, you can’t ignore the Nissan Kicks and the Hyundai Venue. Both cars go head to head in terms of features and performance and have similar pricing too. While the Kicks comes in between $20,998 - $26,498, the Venue is similarly priced and available between $23,306 - $27,606.

Both vehicles feature a 1.6L I-4 engine, but there’s a slight difference in the output. The Kicks delivers 122 hp and 114 lb-ft of torque; the Venue delivers 121 hp and 113 lb-ft of torque.

Interior Layout and Options

While the base trim of the Kicks only comes with air conditioning, the base version of the Venue features air conditioning and heated front seats. Apart from the base version of the Kicks, the other trims also include heated front seats and a heated steering wheel. All trims of both vehicles come with power windows, keyless entry, and power door locks. The Kicks also features a keyless start.

Exterior Layout and Options

Both vehicles feature automatic headlights and daytime running lights. The Venue also includes integrated turn signal mirrors on all trims. The Kicks features integrated turn signal mirrors and auto-dimming rearview mirror on all trims apart from the first two. They also have power and heated mirrors, remote trunk release, and variable-speed intermittent wipers.
